Perfect for little learners who love role play, making, moving and helping others, this month’s kit invites children to explore the important people who help our communities every day. Through playful, hands-on activities, children will learn about firefighters, doctors, police officers and other community helpers – building early learning skills while nurturing empathy, confidence and connection.
 
Across four thoughtfully planned weeks, children will create their own community helper crafts, dive into firefighter-themed sensory play, explore early literacy and phonics through playful hunts and tracing, practise numeracy with hands-on games, and build emotional awareness through feelings activities and calming movement.
 
Each week offers a balanced mix of making, pretending, exploring, learning and regulating – keeping little hands busy and curious minds engaged through meaningful, screen-free play.
